Summer Wrap-up

As the heat (starts to) die down, Human Resources helps us gear up for another school year with information about student workers, new training courses, and more!

  • In a few weeks, a short and voluntary survey to capture the ethnicity and race information of Pace faculty and staff will be made available on the Staff tab of the Pace Portal under Personal Information. We would appreciate you taking the time to fill out this very important survey.

    • New Employee ID Stickers are in! Please visit your campus security or ID office to validate your current Pace ID with a new sticker for the 2011-2012 academic year.
    • The FY2012 Performance Management and Development Process (PMDP) Goal Setting form is now available for you to input your performance goals and expectations for the July 2011–June 2012 period.  You should submit your goals and Individual Development Plans to your supervisor by September 1, 2011.

    Check out our training calendar to register for the Goal Setting workshops offered in August. Workshops can also be offered as dedicated sessions by college, school, and division on a request basis. Please contact Susan Donahue at for more information and for training on the PMDP goal setting process and navigating the system.
