Dyson Professor Lee Evans, EdD, has become a co-author of Keyboard Fundamentals, 6th Edition (Stipes Publishing), a formerly two but now one volume beginning level piano method for adult beginners of junior high age and older. The book was published in March 2012. Also, his article entitled “The African Origins of Jazz” appears in the March/April issue of JAZZed, the official journal of the Jazz Education Network, an organization of college and high school educators worldwide.

Hayes spoke with TechNewsWorld about the Senate bill would give the Department of Homeland Security increased power over critical IT infrastructure owned by the private sector. He also compared a new Google project, “Go 1,” with Apple products in an article in TechNewsWorld.
